General Torch Services
General Cleaning
- Alpha, Star, Sharp Flame Hand Torch — from $80 per hour
- All other torch models — from $168 per hour
Are your cleaning wires no longer cutting it? We have the drills and special tooling to remove stuck-in glass and stubborn carbon build-up.
A General Cleaning is the best way to keep your torch running at its best. The cleaning includes a free diagnostic test and a thorough internal flush. As with new burners, every serviced burner receives a final safety inspection test before being returned to you.
Replacements
- Replacement valves, knobs, manifolds and B-fittings stocked for every model we have ever shipped
- Most parts ship same-day from our workshop
- If your torch is in for cleaning, replacement labor is included — you only pay for the part

Torch Damage During Repair or Cleaning
In the rare event of damage during a repair or cleaning, we cover the replacement at no additional cost to you. Our technicians document each torch on arrival, so any damage caused at our workshop is on us.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
The original purchaser is covered against manufacturing defects for as long as the torch is owned, under normal flameworking conditions. Modifications or operation outside the rated PSI / LPM range void coverage.
- Stainless steel body, manifolds, internal gas paths
- Needle valves, knobs, and B-fittings against premature failure
- Wear parts (hoses, O-rings) covered for 12 months
Packaging & Shipping
Pack the torch in its original box if you still have it. If not, double-box with at least 2″ of foam or bubble wrap on every side. Include a printed copy of your RMA email inside the box. Ship to the address on the email — do not ship before you have an RMA number.
